Evoque is an exclusive apartment complex in one of the most sought-after suburbs in Brisbane, Australia. Titikgaris was asked to repackage the whole marketing materials for a brand new digital campaign aimed to sell the remaining 12 units.

We created several types of Facebook Ads (Carousel and Canvas) and developed a fully responsive website for Evoque. One of Evoque’s unique selling points is its sweeping panoramic view of the Brisbane River and the city skyline. This is clearly shown in our Facebook Canvas as the audience can tilt their phone to view Evoque’s stunning panoramic view, and certainly through the website’s scenic and user-friendly web experience.

Evoque’s creative campaign translates a sense of luxury and simplicity. As a result, the client received a generous amount of response both online and offline. The campaign generated more than 60 leads (people enquiring about the property through the web form) and triggered a dramatic increase in the number of people visiting Evoque’s display unit within the campaign period.
